Sanitary Freezeless Faucet |
| Model S3 is an automatic
draining backflow preventer frost proof Yard Hydrant designed for use in campgrounds,
parks, farms and any location were potable water is required. |
| The Model S3 is
equipped with a diverter spout, which allows the hydrant to be operated
separately from the backflow preventer. No water is ever introduced into
the subsoil. The diverter evacuates the reservoir with each use and lets
air into the system when shut off. Even with a hose attached, the hydrant
will drain into the reservoir and avoid freezing. |
| An important feature of the S3
is easy maintenance. The entire working portion of the hydrant can be removed from the
reservoir without any excavation. |

NOTICE - FOR WINTER USE: The
hydrant must be operated at full flow, through the diverter, for a minimum of 30 seconds
before and after each use to drain the hydrant and prevent freezing.
